Follow these steps:
Go to start>run>Type pedit.msc>Go to the path User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Click On Windows Explorer>On the right panel locate Hide these specified drives in My Computer>Open it>Set to Enabled.
Your drives are hide now.
